Last month, the Florida High School Athletic Association approved a revision to their bylaws on steroid use. Tori Petry reports for WUFT to investigate what exactly this means for high school sports.

Only three states – Texas, New Jersey, & Illinois – currently test students for steroids. The FHSAA estimates it would cost $42 million to test every Florida high school athlete for performance-enhancing drugs.
